REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Students are encourged to sign up for class via MindBody prior to arriving at the studio. If you register for a class and then cannot make it, please cancel your reservation no later than 4 hours before class start time. Any no shows or late cancellations after the 4 hour window will be charged for the class they are registered for. Unlimited members will be charged $15.

Hatha yoga is the physical form of yoga and contains the foundation postures for all styles of yoga. This class will focus on the breath, alignment, and is perfect for the practitioner who prefers time to move slowly in and out of each posture. This class is designed to create strength, flexibility and balance for both mind and body . This class is great for beginners as well as more experienced students.

Hatha Yoga

This all levels Vinyasa Flow class is a complete mind-body workout. Focusing on movement integrating breath, awareness, and alignment you will build strength, focus, flexibility, and balance. Over time, movement in the sequence becomes more fluid, the mind is able to relax and the practice becomes a moving meditation. The infrared heat warms the muscles for greater flexibility, burns calories, and flushes toxins from the body.

Warm Flow is 85-90 degrees. Hot Flow is 95-100.

 

Heated classes are not recommended for children under 16 years old.

Warm/Hot Flow

Challenge yourself with an invigorating sequence of poses that will build strength, flexibility, and rejuvenate the entire body. The practice will include some advanced arm balances and inversions. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees. Come ready to sweat and burn some calories! Please bring your own mat and towel. Some Yoga experience is recommended. 

 

Heated classes are not recommended for children under 16 years old.

Hot Power Flow

Experience the best of both worlds with a blend of Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. The class will start with Vinyasa which focuses on movement integrating breath, awareness, and alignment; we will build heat and prepare the body for fully experiencing deep relaxation. Restorative Yoga invites you to unwind, releases tension from the body, clears the mind, and lifts your spirit. All levels welcome. 

Flow & Let Go

A vigorous series of postures linked with movement that will open and cleanse your body, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, and calm, soothe, and open your mind. This class will get you strong and healthy by developing your core strength, balance, and flexibility. This class will include some arm balances and inversions. Some yoga experience recommended. 

Core Power Yoga

Gentle Yoga blends restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga postures, and breath work. This is a great class for those who need something gentle yet effective; if you have had recent surgery, chronic pain, or just want to move more slowly. Gentle Yoga is a deeply meditative experience that will bring your body into balance and reduce stress so you can feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.  This class is great for beginners. 

Gentle Yoga

Restore & renew your mind, body, & spirit as you tune into the body's natural ability to heal. Savor the deep relaxation of Restorative Yoga postures, as props support your body, allowing you to rest & release deeper into poses. Throughout class, each student will receive Reiki, an energy therapy that enhances the natural healing system of the body. Studies of Reiki have shown significant reduction in pain & stress, increased feelings of relaxation, & a sense of well-being. Sound bowls will be used to create an environment where you can experience full body relaxation & unwinding of the nervous system.

 

Recommended props: 2 blankets, bolster, yoga mat (blocks are provided)

Restore & Reiki

Warm Yoga-Pilates is a fitness class that combines the practice of Yoga and Pilates. Yoga poses are practiced to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and alignment. Pilates exercises strengthen the muscles of the torso through controlled movements that increase core strength and postural stability; creating long, lean, and toned muscles. This class will leave you feeling toned, both inside and out. The room will be heated to 85-90 degrees. All Levels Welcome.

Warm Yoga - Pilates

A perfect fusion of Yoga, Pilates & Strength training- challenge yourself with an invigorating sequence that will leave you feeling toned, both inside and out. Yoga poses are practiced to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and alignment. Optional free weights will be added to the Yoga sequence to add definition and tone the upper body. Pilates exercises strengthen the muscles of the torso through controlled movements that increase core strength and postural stability; creating long, lean, and toned muscles. The room will be heated to 85-90 degrees.

Warm Yoga–Pilates with Weights

Start your morning feeling refreshed & rejuvenated! This class will focus on the breath, alignment, and is perfect for the practitioner who prefers time to move slowly in and out of each posture. This class is designed to create strength, flexibility and balance for both mind and body . This class is great for beginners as well as more experienced students. 

Sunrise & Stretch

A combination of Yoga and strength training this class is designed to sculpt and tone every major muscle group, build strength, flexibility, and rejuvenate the entire body. Free weights will be used to intensify the practice, add definition and tone the upper body. Burn calories, build healthy bone density and leave feeling calm, strong, and energized for the day.

Yoga Sculpt & Tone

Break through to a new level of calm, health and vitality through Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a more meditative approach with a physical focus that is much deeper than most yoga practices. Here the practitioner is accessing the deeper connective tissues and fascia. Many of the long- held seated postures focus on areas that encompass the hips, legs and spine. Yin yoga is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility, circulation and focus. Great for all levels.

Our Signature Barre class is a total body workout done to energizing music combining Barre, Yoga and Pilates. This class blends the most effective exercises in sixty minutes to burn calories and tone your entire body. The ballet barre is used to support the body in small isometric movements that will lift your seat, firm your thighs and glutes. We will also use weights, resistance bands, and other props to sculpt your arms, abs, and create long lean muscles. Yoga and Pilates will be added to the routine to increase core strength, flexibility, posture and balance for a complete mind- body workout. You will leave feeling longer, stronger, and invigorated after each class. Exercises can be modified whether you’re a beginner, pregnant or have an injury, but can also be amplified if you’re advanced and looking for more of a challenge.

Tula Barre

Haven’t tried Barre before?  This is the perfect place to start. This class is the same format as Tula barre but will focus more on form and technique. You will get the same benefits as the signature class but it will move at a slower pace allowing you to learn the basics.

Tula Barre Light

This Free class is taught by Tula’s Teacher Training students and recent graduates. This weekly free yoga class provides an opportunity to give back to our community and for our new teachers to gain teaching experience. 100% of the weekly class proceeds will be donated to different organizations each month.

Donation Class

Our FREE meditation classes offer an introduction to meditation and various breathing techniques. Meditation gives many practical and spiritual benefits such as peace of mind, better concentration and the ability to relax from the stresses of everyday life. No prior experience necessary.
